Nearly all of our work comes by word of mouth. We have the experience to represent large institutions, and we have done so for decades, from newspapers to churches to companies with matters in federal court. We also believe in justice for all, so we will not turn away an individual or a family who needs a lawyer.
What clients get is practical, business-minded counsel. We want the deal closed and the dispute avoided. We would rather draft the contract that prevents a lawsuit than try the lawsuit afterwards, and when a case does have to be tried, we try it. Every client has their lawyer’s cell number.
Our home: the Alexander Building
Built in 1919 to a design by architect Neel Reid; opened as the Alexander Hotel in 1920.
It was built for Jacob Alexander on Central Avenue, at the heart of a young downtown.
Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.
Its stucco, cast stone and iron balconies still face the street as they did a century ago.
Restored by the firm, and still its home.
